Refund & Returns Policy — OlenkaYa Boutique

All items are limited edition collectible or handmade products. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong item.

We do, however, want you to be happy with your order!
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

After approval, we will offer:
• a replacement (if available) or
• a refund for the item damaged/incorrectly delivered

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
